Highdown construction were appointed by Ballards Mill Developments to build 3 large individual houses on a very difficult hillside site. Works were completed over a 13 month program on time and on budget valued at 1.2 million. Works included the internal fit outs and all external paving and landscaping to a high specification.

A large individual house built for an end user and owner of the development. Again the site was challenging and difficult to access but works were completed to a very high standard over a 10 month program to a value of 550k.
